Boy Charlton Pool

Boy Charlton Pool is named after Andrew Boy Charlton, a famous Australian swimmer. This unique location is part of a large public reserve that incorporates the world-famous Royal Botanic Gardens. As well as the athletic-class Andrew Boy Charlton Pool, the reserve also includes Government House, the residence of the Governor of New South Wales and Mrs Macquarie’s Chair, a well-known lookout point over Sydney Harbour. (Bookings are required for Government House tours.)
